Bonnecaze's Liqueur Malette Match Strike (or pyrogène in French) is a reproduction of those found throughout late 19th and early 20th century Europe, featuring hand-painted lines and accents.  Supplied in a branded gift box, this will make a unique gift.

Matches not included - White-tip or "strike anywhere" matches are most suitable; regular household kitchen matches or safety matches will not light.

Please note: If bought online, the pyrogen will be shipped without the matches; they can be collected in store but cannot be put in the post.

Whilst the accumulation of strike marks over time may be preferred, giving the striker even more of an antique look, if you wish to remove the marks they can easily be wiped off using a damp sloth and mild dish soap.
