UK Mainland Delivery (inc. NI)

  • Royal Mail – Tracked 24 With Signature (1-2 working days from dispatch) = £6.95 (for orders under £200)
  • Royal Mail – Tracked 24 With Signature (1-2 working days from dispatch) = FREE for orders over £200

Once shipped, you will be sent your tracking number and updated on your parcel's progress via email.

Please note weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

We do not currently offer delivery outside of the UK as standard. Should you require international delivery please contact us directly to arrange.

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer the option to pick up your online order from our store, located at
21 Orford Road, London, E17 9NL

We aim to have your order ready the same day but it may take up to 24 hours.  We will notify you when your order is ready for collection in store. 

Please note that the store is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Returns & Exchanges

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer an exchange service for online orders. If you would like to exchange an item ordered online, you must first return the original item and then place a new order.

You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our standard returns policy.

If you need an alternative size or colour of an item
that you have ordered online, please get in touch via email at hello@pavementstore.co.ukand we will let you know if the required item is available.

IN-STORE RETURNS

Full-price goods purchased in-store may only be returned for exchange or credit note within 14 calendar days of the purchase date, providing the goods are in their original condition and are accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer refunds for in-store purchases.

Sale items purchased in-store are non-returnable.

This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty goods.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months from issue date. 

ONLINE RETURNS

We hope you love your PAVEMENT order however should you wish to return any item(s) ordered online, you must email us within 14 calendar days following delivery to register a valid return request.  

Following our confirmation of a valid return request, you will then have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods to us.

All products must be returned in an unworn, unwashed, and intact state, with all protective materials in place, as well as any PAVEMENT and/or brand tags.  This includes any and all packaging, accessories, boxes, and/or dust bags. 

Should you receive an item which is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so that this can be recorded and rectified as soon as possible. 

Once we have received and checked the returned item(s) at PAVEMENT, the customer will be issued with a full refund* of the original amount minus any delivery charges. Please allow up to 14 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.  Please also note that refunds can only be issued to the original cardholder.

Please note: The cost of returning the goods in a safe and saleable condition is the customer’s responsibility. We strongly suggest customers use a signed for delivery service as refunds will not be issued for goods that are lost in transit, or have not been received by PAVEMENT.

Any items found to be worn, damaged, soiled, without labels, returned without approval of a valid request for return, or returned outside of the 14 day returns period will not be accepted, and goods will be returned back to the customer at their expense. 

*Please note - Items excluded from this policy are as follows: underwear; earrings; hair accessories; beauty; fragrance (including home fragrance).

These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty items.
